'Tis the season to...

Whichever route you choose,(all three ?!) we've got you covered!

Listed below are our seasonal offerings; each thoughtfully selected for you to give, (some you'd like to) receive, and serve at your holiday festivities.

MOUTARD Brut Grande Cuvee Champagne

One of our favorite value Champagnes, this Blanc de Noir tastes like you spent more than you did. Crisp and dry, but not too light. If you require some volume here's a great choice. This is the best $30- Champagne around!  $29.99*

GOSSET Brut Excellence Champagne

Traditional style "cocktail" Champagne; light refreshing and with a long, lingering finish. Nuanced flavors unfold on the palate. A huge hit at a recent in-store tasting & our staff favorite as a 'starter'.  $39.99

DAUVISSAT Chablis 2013 Premier Cru La Forest

Classic, true Chablis is a marvel; chalky and minerally, with notes of salinity. All the traditional elements are in perfect proportion. This special region is on full display in this bottling. If there are oysters involved this is a must. We are limited to a mere seven cases on hand.  $77.00*

Domaine CAILLOT Meursault 2010 La Barre Dessus

This Domaine releases it's bottlings late, and we all benefit! Extra time in bottle allows all of the wonderful flavors to become integrated, harmonious and in balance. Drinking quite nicely now -let it breathe for maximum enjoyment.  $59.99

MEADOWCROFT Chardonnay 2014 Bonneau Vineyard

The best value Chardonnay in the shop. Layers of super complex flavors, so make sure you don't serve too cold, as it really gets richer as the temperature moderates. Steve even called it California Meursault!  $27.99

DuMOL Chardonnay 2012 Russian River Valley

Consistently one of Sonoma's best producers of Chardonnay. Classic richness, well integrated oak, broad and balanced. The cooler Russian River zone is responsible for stunning Chardonnay. $59.99

PATERNA Chianti Colli Aretini 2013

We love this one as it is a tad rounder, and almost juicy (for Chianti). Quite versatile, will pair with a broad array of foods, perfect for an Open House.  An undiscovered Tuscan gem.  $21.99

DECERO Cabernet Sauvignon 2013 Remolinos Vineyard

If this bottle bore the Napa appellation instead of Mendoza you would happily be paying $10 more. Sleek and polished, with layers of flavors - but not simple. Our staff keeps taking this one home.  $18.99*

DULUC de BRANAIRE-DUCRU 2011 Saint-Julien

A slightly more taught style; medium weight, lovely fruit and spice notes with a perfect level of dryness. A must with lamb! Again, this one is limited.  $29.99

Chat. HAUT-BATAILLEY 2011 Pauillac

If you're a traditionalist, Bordeaux - claret to our parents - is the only way to go.  Pauillac is a price-y neighborhood - here's a nifty backdoor entry.  $45.99*

ROUND POND 2012 Cabernet Sauvignon

A lush, ripe-style Cabernet with soft edges and plenty of flavor without being thick. A Caymus-type bottle ... think hedonism. From a property many insiders are monitoring.  $51.99*

DUNN Cabernet Sauvignon 2011 Howell Mountain

Old school' Napa from Randy Dunn. Serious Cabernet. Howell Mountain is known for fruit that is deep, briary and complex. In the hands of a master like Randy, it really sings. Iconic Napa Valley Cab.  $89.99*

CORTE RUGOLIN Amarone Classico 2005 Monte Danieli

Finally, we have found an Amarone that hits all the points. Perfect tension between the fruit's sweet notes, the raisined flavors and the dry-ish finish. Serve with the cheese course, and enjoy slowly!  $74.99

ROYAL TOKAJI 2008 5 Puttonyos Aszu

The legendary, and almost lost dessert wine of Hungary. Dazzlingly complex; honey, apricot, viscus tropical notes abound yet it is not sticky. A special treat to end your meal.  $49.99
